OUR PHILOSOPHY

As one of the oldest private pediatric and adolescent practices in Cologne, we have a long tradition and experience in caring for private patients and self-pay patients.

This is another reason why we know: The whole is more than the sum of its parts. This also applies to our practice team. Here, everyone contributes their individual skills and abilities. Together we create the framework for dedicated and personalized medical care. This also includes explaining complicated health issues to you in a way that you can understand. That is important to us. After all, it’s all about good cooperation for the health of your child.

    Foundation of the practice by Fr. Dr. Rita Herfort
  • April 01, 1981
    PD Dr. Heinz Georg Terheggen becomes a partner of Fr. Dr. Herfort
  • September 01, 1985
    Fri. Dr. Rita Herfort retires, the practice is continued by PD Dr. Heinz Georg Terheggen
  • May 01, 1992
    Fri. Dr. Liliana Skowron joins the practice
  • January 01, 2000
    With the entry of Dr. Jürgen Krebber, the practice becomes a group practice
  • December 31, 2003
    Dr. Terheggen retires
  • September 2004
    Guido Kuhmann becomes a member of the joint practice
  • August 2019
    Guido Kuhmann is leaving the joint practice
  • July 2020
    Max Braun becomes a member of the joint practice

The group practice therefore has many years of tradition and experience in providing care
